Here are some highlights from our latest mapping:
We're showing a finish of September 13th. We're expecting this to
be pushed out to the 14th once the route is finalized. We're also expecting
some of the roads to require diversions (as designated by state patrol or local
authorities). At present it's appx. 3900 miles. We expect this to grow by up to
4200. That's the maximum we'd like to keep it to.
A few city changes have occurred to coincide with a few more major schools. The
biggest change is to Philadelphia instead of Scranton. Next is a switch to
Montgomery, AL instead of Birmingham.
At the beginning of the trip we're heading south from UCLA in LA to Anaheim. We
hope we can work with Disney to make an appearance.
With a brief skate through both Delaware and New Mexico, it looks like we're up
to 18 states and the District of Columbia:
